Its such a shock isnt it too know your that heavy and I think thats what spurs you on to lose it. But hey i was heavier then yuo lst month lol! so dont feel bad, its these lovely babies that put our weight on and the cakes that keep it!
 
I'm 12st 4lbs, might not sound too bad but I'm only 5ft tall :shock: I'm like a wee oompah loompah :(

Hi all, doing well here, no time for individual replies right now, lots going on but just wanted to say welcome to our few newbies and well done to all, everyone's doing great weight wise whether it's 1lb or 10lbs, it's a great achievement all the same. My weigh in is Monday, not too hopeful of a big loss this week (blaming AF and SEVERE munchies!! Never had severe munchies with AF before but hey maybe it's something to do with a big change in my diet the 10 days or so before she arrived??) Dunno, but we'll see to have maintained or even lost 1lb will please me. Oh and thanks to a great suggestion, I bought these jelly pots in Tesco this morning, 10 calories, no fat and FAB looking flavours not just boring orange but watermelon etc, yum, can't wait to get eating them and think they are going to be my dieting snack secret now....although sharing with you gals since were all here to encourage one another and some very nice person let me in on the secret!! :) :D
 
Hi girls, ive had a crap day, eating wise has been fine and stayed well within my 22 points.

Went to a kiddies birthday party earlier and fuck me it was boring, easily could have slept through it all while it went on lmao! stephen didnt seem to impressed by it all either! so we left after a couple of hours - i was pratically running out of the door - only shit is im back there tomorrow for another bday party! doh!

Had a nice tea though after the pants birthday though, salmon fillet grilled with mixed herbs on and a drizzle of lemon juice for flavour, with new potatoes. Was bloody lovely and defintely going to buy more fish now! thing is though anyone got a any nice low fat sauces that i can have with fish though?

I don't - but if dieting, I often just have a wee spoonful of low fat creme fraiche with a squeeze of lemon mixed in to serve with salmon.

Not feeling to happy about going too this party today as me and oh have been arguing since we got up :cry:

Want to eat choc so much, but going to front it all out today and have a cuppa and try to calm down! not a happy teddy today.

Started back at fat club on Thursday night, am doing WW again.

Haven't been counting my points the past couple of days but I know I've been within my allowance. I'm an old pro, been back there most years over about the past 10!!

I'm 11st4lb and 5'6".

Stocked up on WW soups and snack a jacks :roll:

I need to lose 16lb to get my 10%, it seems so far away!
 
Ive been back at weight watchers for a good few weeks now and this has been my worst week. I stayed the same last week despite having been pointing perfectly the week before so I took the huff and I have tracked or anything this week. I dread the scales on Monday but I will go.

Hi ladies!

Well today i had a day off sue to the fact i couldnt be arsed for the first time since i started!

Had all the family over today and cooked a BBQ as we were doing my garden and had to feed them, so i had a BBQ and it was lovely, so i know im over my points for the day.

Im back on tomorrow though as i feel quite guilty today :lol:
 
Well I had an extremely bad day today...chips at lunch and a kebab at tea :oops: Watched the Ricky Hatton fight with some vino too so extra exercise needed for me :wink:
 
It was a bad day for me too yesterday girls. I home cooked a lovely chicken curry (not too bad, low fat yoghurt and tomato based) and had it with peshwari naan, poppadoms and dips and pilau rice! Then I had a HUGE home cooked lemon cheesecake - I am a pig. I did do lots of exercise though including a walk with the heavy buggy up a big long hill!

Anyway - seems like a few of us had bad days. Everyone up for putting them behind us and being back on track today?

Despite my bad day i am offically 2 pounds down - so have lost a whole stone now! wil officlally weigh tomorrow though, am very pleased (tearing up too!).
Am back on today and feel that yesterday was lovely and was good for me since it was the first day that i have ever broken my healthy eating chain.

I went shopping at asda today and did a very sensible shop and actualy bought salmon! im not the most adventurous cook but earlier durting the week i had salmon in a ready made meal and loved it so decided to be brave and cook my own and save the pennies! just wrapped it all up in foil and have flavored it with lemon juice and mixed herbs and have froze some of it - have some in oven though cooking at the mo and going to have my moroccon style ainsley harriot couccous - devine!

Am planning to have a great week and celebrate my stone loss tomorrow in style!!!!

EDIT~The salmon and couscous was beautiful, now i feel confident to cook fish so will try other things as well.

Cant believe how much my eating habits have changed in the last month. So chuffed with myself.
 
Mmmm the couscous sounds delicious!

I'm starving! Had some shreddies for breakfast and was candle making through lunch so had some snack a jack popcorn :oops: . Got steak, mash, carrots, swede and onion gravy for tea. I have lots of points left so shouldn't go over but I hate eating when I'm this hungry as I just pig out!

Sounds like quite a few of us have had some "bad" days. I have too as i just got back from a family wedding weekend so it was impossible to be good! :lol:

The cous cous was lush!

I had mash, parsnips, carrots and fish in low fat butter sauce for tea, was nice and still have 4 points left so might have some choc or something later.

All in all a good day today.

Im sorry Ive neglected this thread a bit, Im in London with my mum ATM so havnt had much of a chance to get online. Im feeling a lot better and some of my sense of taste has come back along with my appitite so Im embarrassed to say Ive been making the most of it :oops: and made up for it mostly with cake :oops: :oops: I just hope I can get away with it. However it doesnt sound like Ive been the only naughty lass round here :lol: Oh well, as long as we enjoyed it and dont feel guilty about it then it was worth it, thats how I see it anyway :lol:

I go to SW again tomorrow so we'll see how it goes.

Morning all,

Nice to see a few new people joining us this week and to hear about the weight losses etc. To those who have had bad weeks it's nothing to worr about and can often be the inspiration for an even greater week the one after. Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend too, we've had glorious weather friday-sunday but today it's blowing a gale outside and pouring with rain - not sure what todays plans will be.

Anyway back to weight...

Ok well despite having severe AF munches and what not I've lost 4lbs which has surprised me no end. I'm now down 16lbs on my starting weight and feeling quite pleased with myself since I've only been dieting since the start of May.
 
Well done nicola thats a great loss!

Ive done around a 1.5 loss this week, im guessijng being naughty the other day didnt help - its white bread!!!

So grand total of 14lbs now.
 
Sarah 1.5 is great, they say 1-2 is normal for maintaining healthy weight loss and keeping it off afterwards.....I'm guessing my 4lbs is due to having so much weight to actually loose, plus 2 days of being sick!! Oh and here update your weight loss thing in the bottom of your signature!! :)
