Sarah I don't know much (well nothing really) about weight watchers diet but just make sure your eating enough points to be sensible and are not cutting out more than necessary....I know that a good diet is around a 2lbs loss per week which is why dieting is so hard. Anyway don't worry about the excersise, I'll do a mile for me and a mile for you tomorrow, will work out for you.....LOL how many people would do that huh?! LOL Oh and if you don't want that toffee bar send it my way will you, I've got a cracking headache I'm sure it would do me good
