Need a slimming buddy!PF Fat Fighters club:-)

Hi girls I've had 4 good days so far (today being 5) - I'm just hoping I can stay on the wagon this weekend and loose the 2 pound I put on last weekend.

Well, I was quite good all week, but today! :oops: :oops: :oops:
My mum came to stay with us, and today she took me to a very VERY flashy place to eat! With my main course I was fine, but!!! I had cheese and biscuits!!! So I used 5 days worth of carbs! LOL :oops: And, I am in the time of the month when I am just hungry all the time! I really hope I didnt put any weight on cos of this :pray:
 
I think I can safely say my diet is completely out the window, had a very fattening McDonalds today as I was sick to the back teeth of salad and fruit :oops: I find it very very hard to diet, I always start well but give up coz I get really fed up of not being able to eat the things I like. I dont like any seafood, I dont like much veg, the only healthy meat I like is chicken and I get bored just eating wholewheat pasta.

Have a day off and start again, you can have a cookede brekkie with sw - yoghurt, potatoies, chicken new spuds etc.
 
secretly got weighed this morning and I've lost the two pounds I put on last week, praying it stays off :pray:

Well girls i ve been good today, even walked from the train station from village to the other, 2 miles i think - to see my mother! so thats my excercise done for the day!
 
well done mrs_tommo....snuggle, dont give up hun! have a day or two off, start again monday, there must be a lot of things you could eat, do you like turkey? are there any veg you havent tried? how about slimming world chips? they are really nice and free too on a green day, you could have egg and chips if you want, how about omelettes? (sp) there are loads of things when you think about it, dont give up, you just having an off day.x
 
Hi girls, I'm back to it again, was just having an off day but have been good again today. I am going to try find some yummy recipes so I dont get bored.

I got bored today too and had a kind of off day, i had roast veg, new potatoes with mint and butter (yum!), and had loads of chicken - woohoo omg it was so much nicer then bloody turkey! so im going to buy more chicken as omg yum yum. Probably less butter on spuds though :oops:

Maybe I can get away with it though due to long walk earlier.

i have had some plain chow mein and some rice and a rib (no sauce)
aww well never mind..lol i deserve it! thats it now though, no more, i am NOT going to ruin all my hard work...lol what are we like, you can tell its the weekend... :roll:
 
Hey guys. Haven't had time to read way back at the beginning, but I really need some support! I don't have a scale (I will get one) but I believe I am probably at least five lbs overweight. Even if I am not, my stomach has sized considerably again after I finished losing my baby weight.
I am aiming to eat mainly fruits and vegetables and I am having a miserable time feeling good about my body and finding motivation to work out (aside from stoller walks). Maybe I can find the support I need here? I think I may need a lot of it as I have kind of stopped caring. Can I log in my food and such here?

Aww girlies, i dont think we have crumbled at all, i think everyone is guna have hard times while eating healthily and changing bad habits. I have found it too be a change of lifestyle which has been the hardest part!

I am back on proper today though, guna drink lots of water and hope ive had a loss for tomorrow! - and im going to hemsby too too see thew family again as they have dived up there for a couple of days.

Hopefully will be going on holiday up there too.

Well after last night i have been so good today! i did dinner today and "they" had..... large homemade yorkshire puds filled with mash, veg and mince and onions, i had....new potatoes and turkey skeak, it was quite nice actually, i am just eating a fresh pineapple at the min so i am feeling positive again, we are off out for the day tomorrow and i am going to take a salad in a container cos i know we will end up at a burger van (we are off to bridlington) or i bet we end up at a fish and chip place, awww what will i do?? i cant sit eating my own food in a restaraunt i just have to make sure i find somewhere that does jacket potatoes or something relatively healthy... :?
 
I just had a roast dinner too and it was nice, though im gagging for a yoghurt so im going to have one in a bit - weight watchers of course!
 
I had a roast dinner too, it was gorgeous :D Have got a Hartleys low cal jelly for dessert. Have had a lovely long walk with dog today too :wink:
