Need a slimming buddy!PF Fat Fighters club:-)

Morning ladies!

So its the start of a new week for me and have started off in a positive way by having a healthy breakfast -

sausages -3 points
Toast - 1
Mushrooms - 0
Yoghurts - 1 1/2

and going to try and drink plenty of water as my skin looks shit and I want to get 4lbs off again
 
Well done Sarah!!! :dance: Dont be discoureged if you loose this week a bit less. You usually loose quite a lot during first week, and then it might slow down.


Well, I managed to get my ass out of the bed and now getting ready to go to the gym! :dance: For breakfast will have eggs. Have no idea what will have during the day!LOl
 
I'm not feeling very confident about my weigh in tonight and I'm considering not going :? I have did ok with my eating this week but my alcohol consumption was really bad :oops: I dont think I have lost any weight :(
 
Jules- go to your meeting, whether you have lost or not you will not be judged. Going to your meetings are very heard when you think you have gained, you never know you may have lost!

Please go, or you might not go next week either. And thats what stopped me from going to slimming world.

Mrs. Tommo did you do slimming world and now weight watchers - which do you prefer - I kinda thinking I need a little bit more strictness that you get with points - im on slimming world at the moment - but was thinking of changing to WW
 
Im enjoying weight watchers more and in my opinion its easier to follow as well.
You are given how many points to work with and this reduces as you lose weight, and also you can work out the points value to any foos with one of their calculators.
 
I have not done very well today though ladies, ive been eating well but gone over my personal limit of points of 22 and into my proper amount of 26 points, i know i shouldnt feel guilty as im meant to eat 26 woth of points. But I do.
Ive not eaten choc, just weight watcher goodies but have been so hungry today and already drunk my 2 liters of water as well.

Im due on within the next few days, do you think thats why?

you are doing fine hun, dont get disheartened, i am due on aswell, in a few days, i think it will be around the 3rd of may.
 
Ive not eaten any shit, just gone over my points, but this is the first time ive done it so im not going to beat myself up i really think its to do with coming on soon.
 
I went to the weigh in and have lost 2lbs so I'm pleased I havent gained :D

Am going to behave myself with the wine from now on :wink:

Well done Julie! thats brilliant...heehee try some ww wine, thats supposed to be ok, i havent tasted it but i think a few on here have (in the other thread)
 
well i have done good today, BUT for my tea i had Steak quick fryed in frylight, boiled new potatoes and a large salad, i feel really full still from it so i think i have had something not right, i know that is going to sound stupid....awww i dont know how to explain it so it doesnt sound stupid! does anyone know what i mean??
 
you r probably right, it may be cos i am not used to eating meat doing this diet and its filled me up, i should really have some meat days though thinking about it or get some vitamins cos i have a coldsore coming and i am convinced it has something to do with me not having enough of a varied diet, i dunno, what do you think??

Rach-def get some vitamins! I noticed before that as soon as i go on a diet i am starting to get colds and cold sores :cry:
