Natural Fertility Treatments: Homeopathy, Acupuncture, etc.

Anyone can shed a light on this type of natural fertility treatment? I'm reading through options of natural treatment to boost fertility and came across these Homeopathy and Acupuncture? Anyone had previous experience or doing this now? Or what other treatments can you recommend. Here's where I read the articles:

I'm having acupuncture but alongside IVF. I had it last IVF cycle too which unfortunately didn't work. However, I do find it extremely relaxing. I often fall asleep! I had an extra session to get rid of the stress when I found out my sister was pregnant. I would recommend it to anyone.

It also changed my mindset to think positively. For the first time ever, I had a dream that I was pregnant when I was having acupuncture.

I made sure I got an acupuncturist who specialises in fertility treatment. Mine is very good and gives me extra stuff that I find useful such as dietary tips and tells me supplements to take and books to get etc (through Amazon - she's not benefiting). She checks my pulse and tongue too and told me last time I wasn't drinking enough!

I have been considering acupuncture and am going to consult it with my doc. I have read an article (http://www.invictaclinics.com/in-vitro-and-acupuncture/) which says "acupuncture applied in the period of embryo transfer increases the live birth rate". I would like to have it before and alongside ivf but not only during transfer
