how many naps does your lo have as jayde 13 months now and used to have 1 after lunch for about an hour but this past week when ive put her down she just screams and sits up then gets so ratty and wont sleep until bedtime

Grace goes for a 2 hour nap in the afternoon just after lunch - about 1 ish...

but has only been doing this for the last couple of months since she has been running around everywhere at full speed ahead....... is completely worn out by lunch time... I put her in her cot awake, shut the door and don't hear another peep until about 2 hours later....... never let her go any longer though... as I she goes to bed at 6.45 pm

Maybe she is getting over tired and might need a nap before lunch, or perhaps a nap a wee bit later in the afternoon once she is totally exhausted... it is always hit and miss with them isn't it....... they are always moving the goal posts
