How many naps does your lo have and at what times

Nathan has a 1 hour nap in the morning, usually 10.30 till 11.30. When he was younger he used to have another hour in the afternoon at about 3pm.

Poppy has 2 naps. 1 at 10ish for about 30 mins and then 1 at 1ish for 30 mins-1hour.

Lydia has one 2ish hour nap from around 5pm-7pm

Alex kips in bits throughout the day - when he feels like it.

On a good day Isaac has 2 2hr naps in the day, the times vary though

hannah has a nap around miday for 20 minutes.

Then has another between 3 and 4pm. (20mins again) (i wont let her have one close to 5 as then she wont go to bed at 7)

Leif naps for about an hour at about 12.30/1 o clock and then another one around 3.30/4 o clock for about 2 hours. But just lately he has been napping between 8 and 11 at night to then wakes up
