We put him to bed at 8pm but he doesn't normaly go to sleep straight away. OH gets home at 7pm and loves to play and get him ready for bed. Regardless what time he goes down he always wakes up between 7-8am.

Ooooooh interesting!

Here's eefies.

7-8am Up & 7oz milk
10.30am - breakfast (porridge, weetabix etc)
11.30 - sleep (1-2 hours)
1.30pm - 8oz milk
2.30pm - dinner (usually finger food and/or yogurt)
Sometimes an afternoon sleep
5.30pm - 8oz milk
7.30pm - Main meal (jar or whatever we're having)
8pm - 8oz milk.

Its taken AGES to get him to go to bed at that time! Sleep wise some days he'll have none at all, especially if we go out as he's too nosey! Other days he might have a morning nap from anything from 20 minutes to 2 hours. Same with the afternoon one but thats not every day.

I notice you're all just giving 3 bottles a day. He wont drink anything other than milk although will have juice if I give him something like tinned fruit. I wonder if he's not getting enough solids, he has a big bowl for breakfast and tends to have finger foods for lunch (he loves butties!) and I give him rice cakes as a snack in the day and he tends to have a jar for tea or whatever we're having. He's always scavving off our plates too after he's been fed his own and mean mummy never gives him a dessert! Spoon feeding him is an ordeal, he rocks back and forward in his highchair constantly so I've taken to feeding him on the couch and he doesnt perform. He NEVER sleeps through, ever!

Will print this out and look at giving him more snacks in the day like more fruit as he likes most of them.

Thanks girls!
