Nails & hair growth??

is it me or is everyone experiencing rapid nail & hair growth?? i feel like im shaving my legs & plucking my eyebrows a lot more since becoming pregnant and i bite my nails but noticing white bits on the end before i've bitten them haha

I'm constantly shaving my pits lol! Pregnancy has really really helped me grown my nails too, I bit them my whole life and now they are my pride and joy

Absolutely!
My nails have always been long but they broke easily, now they are long and strong. They've never looked better!
My hair is thickening too.

Hope the nails and hair stay when baby arrives lol x

ooh yay! So it's all the way through pregnancy? Getting married next year so hopefully I'll have nice long nails and shiny hair!! lol x
