my tip for cooling down!

i dont kno about the rest of the country, but up here for the last 2 days it has been HOT (especially when ur 32 weeks pg!)

i just thought i'd share my tip for cooling down, when even a fan and an ice pop doesnt quite do it!

its simple: get a cotton t-shirt (not one of ur favourites tho), dunk it in a sink of cold water, wring it out and wear it wet. as the warm air dries the material it will cool ur skin. lovely!

Yeah, thats why its best to sleep in cotton shirt in summer coz when u sweat it moistens the top and then it keeps u cool! Trying to explain this to OH he seems to think its best to let Jaycee sleep naked instead of a cotton vest!

It has been hot hasn't it trixipaws, I do hope everyone manages to stay nice and cool, remember to drink lots of water to top up those levels and stay hydrated
