Here are 2 things, I can' t imagine how I lived without till now!
1. Cooling water spray! (I got it in boots. It is just water, but in a spray container. I am feeling very dizzy and lightheaded in a heat, and just spraying this stuff on my face helps immediatly!!! My absolute top buy for the summer!Cools down and refreshes!)
2. I have been suffering from hot and restless legs for quite a while
Couldn' t fall asleep for hours!Anybody, who knows what I am talking about will understand. So, I found in Superdrug a Deep Cooling Gel, the company which makes it is called Flexitol. It is in a light blue tube with ice cubes on it. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! You can feel the effect straight away, and it lasts for about an hour! 
Well, hope it will help some of you!
