Had my results back from gtt this morning and I now have diabieties to add to the sciatica

Oh no NM1979 that's not good, does that mean you will have to take medication (Sorry don't really know much about pregnancy diabetes)

Has anyone got or know anything about swollen legs? Mine seem to be swollen, not massive but enough to really leave sock marks (don't normally have sock marks). Is this normal? anything I can do to ease it?

Evening ladies, I've seen the dr and she's put my on anti biotics for a uti. She thinks I also have the flu which explains why I feel so rough, all I wanted to do is sleep today, also can't taste much and very blocked up and feeling sorry for myself. My oh has been brilliant though and looked after me since he finisher work. Dreading work tomorrow though as going to be on agony with hips and back on top of feeling like this. Only 4 more shifts to go til I finish and I can't wait. Sorry to hear about your results nm1979. There's a good thread in high risk pregnancy which may help hun.
Blueeyes the only thing I can think off is to put your feet up and that might alleviate any swelling but id speak to your midwife if your concerned hun as im not sure what the procedure for swelling is. I suppose it could be a bit of water retention.
Welcome mrselton81, won't be long til were all over there now, we're slowly going over one by one. I've got another week or 2 yet as im only 25 weeks today. Xxx

Oh no NM, have they said it will be diet or insulin managed? I'm dreading waiting for my results. My dad has had type 1 diabetes since before I was born, so I'm quite familiar with the condition.

What are everyone's plans for the weekend? We are having lunch at my sisters tomorrow, then over to mum and dads in the afternoon (they live 5 mins drive away from both of my sisters) as there's still baby stuff in their spare room to sort through, and then probably nip into other sister on the way home. Don't think we are doing much sunday. I haven't been to the gym all week with my back and hip pain (last went for a swim sunday) but am hoping to swim tomorrow and sunday if my back is up to it xx

Baby hasn't moved until this evening (or if she has I haven't felt it) but there's been lots of movement in the last 10 minutes, and I'm wondering if she's changed position as its much more central and low that I can feel her, where as before it was always slightly to the left xx

Im working both days this weekend too, but it's the last one ill have to do before babies arrive. Thank goodness, haven't slept very well due to panicking im going to sleep through my alarm. So its gonna be a long morning.
Blueeyes baby could have moved hun, mine are constantly changing position at the moments although im surprised as its gotta be a bit of a squish in there lol. They were kicking on the right and low down all week, then now im getting kicked lots on the left high and low. Also I couldn't feel them when I was moving around doing things but yesterday they stopped me in my tracks a couple of times with some hard jabs to the bladder and ribs. Hope everyone have a lovely day today. Xxx

We're off to London for the day! Lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and then seeing Billy Elliott at the the theatre tonight! I am looking forward to it but I know I'll be exhausted after traipsing about all day!

We're going to be moving before August as we're not renewing our contract. I hope it's before baby is here but that doesn't give us long to get things sorted.

I've got dreadful face/jaw/ear ache (apparently it's caused by my tooth - so it's getting pulled on Tuesday) paracetamol just doesn't touch the pain!

I work weekend evenings and the weekends come around so quickly.
We've got a party at 2 today (3rd one in 2 weeks) march I think is the busiest month which isn't great as its Ollies birthday too.

Afternoon ladies. I've had a much better day at work, not feeling so flued up either! I hope it lasts. Got another shift tomorrow then another day off so not too bad. Then only 2 more shifts til im off. I've enjoyed being back and will miss it when I leave but need to rest, think my job is far too physical with the way I am with my hips atm so definitely need some time to rest before babies arrive as don't want to risk them arriving early if im doing too much at work. But definitely went better than I thought it would this morning. Got 2 very wriggly babies today. They have by stopped all morning, but starting to quieten down s little now. Think they were wondering what I was doing this early in a morning lol. Hope everyone else is having a lovely day today! Xxx
