ok so whats everyones opinions on matching clothes?! i love them and think the girls look so cute when they're matching, but i dont want them to look silly lol!!

i was buying them matching dresses in marks earlier and the woman on the till said it was dead lovely cos not many people do it anymore and i said to her i was worried i was being mean!! she said tho i may aswell do it now whilst they cant refuse

personally not a fan, not sure why, just dont like it! lol sorry :( but hey, do whatever! x

I too aren't a fan, I think it's cos in my opinion they each have there own personality and it doesn't show if they are dressed the same, sounds daft I know

I do however like variations of nearly the same dress, my sisters when little went to a wedding in different style dresses made of the same material and it worked fab, cos one was a real girlie girl and the other a little tom boy and that reflected them cos of the different styles

lmao mrsh!! the stuff i've got them is things i'd put them both in anyway, cos it suits them both! and Ks stuff's going to be passed down next year anyway! my sister and I used to wear variations of the same thing too! although for her christening we both had the same dress for the party bit after and there's 5 years between us!

Actually now you have put it like that I have saved tonnes of jack's clothes in case we get another

 i think they wear them differently iykwim?! the stuff i saved for E looked completely different on her than it did K! was well mad!

Ive put my two in the same clothes, they look so cute, now when buying clothes they get a choice and the younger one always pick's the same as her sister lol,

If were going out for the day i normally put them in the same or nearly matching as if one of them ever went missing i could say shes wearing the same as her sister, thankfully its never happened

Do you get asked if they are twins ? I do, even when they are in different clothes lol

I've saved some of Jacob's clothes and it's more likely my Mum that will buy them matching outfits

i love it!! i think its so cute.

However my mum used to do it with me and my sister and due to hand me downs i used to have the same dress for like 2 years as once i grew out of mine i got hers!! xx

yea mrsE i get asked if they're twins all the time! even when E was a newborn! and Ks big for her age too, so i was just like, look a bit closer, there's obviously an age gap :dohh: if you just watched them now tho, you'd probs think they were twins, apart from the size lol!

Lol some people are so funny, its the whole "shes in pink" oh what a cute little boy...

OMG i got asked for the first time today if mine were twins!! Its pretty damn obvious tere not

I often put my 2 lads in matching clothes, usually footy strips. I dont tend to go out of my way to buy them the same outfits but sometimes i see something nice and cant decide which kid to buy if for a so i buy if for both of them. I dont always put it on them at the same time tho.

I have some t shirts that are the same design from the same shop but different colours and i put them in them at the same time. OH goes mad when i dress them the same but i think its cute xx

lol FOB was the same about them wearing the same clothes! good job its got nothing to do with him :muaha:

I dress twins the same - BECAUSE IT TAKES LESS TIME.

I think it's funny when people say they have different personalities so they need to eb dressed the same?! what has clothes got to do with their personality? :) it just keeps them warm, nothing more, nothing less.

I have identical girls, they do look the same to everyone else but i can recognise them just by listening them breathe! They babble differently, they act differently, they cry differently, they laugh differently, they walk differently :) and clothes has absolutley NOTHING to do with it.

If it's hot they wear shorts,if it's cold trousers - why waste time buying different things if they don't mind and neither do i? I'm sure there'll come the time when they'll buy their on clothes and they can wear whatever they want, but for now they dress the same.

If I liked something for the boys, and there was not a blue and a green version, then I would get the same, as then toby would get to wear that same nice deisgn for longer as he would get the pass me down from Rhys. I would try not to, but sometimes, esp if you buy own brand there is not always that much choice.

Now they are older they like different things anyway, Toby likes shirts, army camo! and smarter stuff, and Rhys loves trackys and theme t-shirts eg harry potter etc, so always looks much scruffier!

I do buy trainers and shoes exactly the same when we find ones, as they both go " oooh I like those" and at their age they don't do diff colours!

I LOVE it, I'm loving it now cos O's into the sizes in Next now where I can get him matching my nephew! I think it's lovely xx

Have to admit after my Mum use to do it to my sister and me and am personally not a fan, i hated being dressed in the same clothing, i think it is nice, for them to have the own individual style and decide what they are going to wear.
