I think the difference is if you lift or workout regularly per pregnancy your body is accustomed to that particular activity, when the hormones start to make your ligaments a bit looser you've just got to be a bit more aware. But heavy lifting when your body isn't used to it, and looser on top of that can be more dangerous. Hope the pains and strains ease soon, bio freeze is amazing by the way, and safe in pregnancy!
