Hi girls,

I hope it's ok to ask a personal question but have u ever leak fluid? not discharge, what feels like pee? but maybe not pee, waters?
I just got up there to go to the toilet coz I feel I need to go and I felt water running down my thigh, though 'oh shit I'm peeing myself' but when I got to the loo i don't need the toilet.

I'm just not sure if I am wetting myself but I can't smell anything (sorry!) and it isn't a big gush or constant so I'm not sure if it can be classed as waters.

Totally pickled here! Any advice is much appreciated x

If it's your waters it should continue to leak I think. So put a pad on and if it's wet in an hour or so then you need to call your midwife.

I thought my waters were leaking last week, but it was just super watery discharge. And I was SOAKED!! I think if you think it's waters the advice is to put a pad on and lie down for an hour and see if you're wet when you get up. Hope that helps xxx

If you are unsure hun then call your mw and ask her to check for you.

When my waters popped with my son, only my hind waters went initially with a small trickle and then nothing more as baby's head blocked the hole basically. Later when they went properly there was no mistaking it as they proper gushed out but initially there was only a little bit.

XX

I keep getting very watery discharge like what you describe and it hasn't lead to anything, just keep an eye on it and see if it gets more or is accompanied by any pains or contractions! xo

Ok thank u girls. I'll try putting on a pad and see what happens. I've got some pains right at the base of my stomach (almost where ur pant line is? But not sharp or on and off its just a constant dull ache and I can only feel it when I stand up - not when I'm lying down which I'm doing currently!! Xx

Last time I was pregnant I felt like a trickle of water while sitting. I had a pantyliner which looked wet. I wasn't sure what was it so went to be checked ( especially as I was 41 weeks at that point). It wasn't my waters and I was told that sometimes you can have quite watery discharge. So it can be anything really. Keep an eye on it and if not sure just get checked.
