Leaking waters!? Help me!

Just went to the loo and my pants are soaked (sorry tmi)
It's not discharge, it's clear and just like water and it doesn't smell at all like wee. Could it be leaking waters?? Not sure what I should do?

Ring your mw, I never had this but ring your mw/labour ward cos you need to get it checked.

Put a pad on, go lie down and then stand up after half an hour. If more is coming out or the pad is getting soaked then replace the pad, but keep the old one and ring the labour ward.
