Im doing Slimming World and get a bit sick of Special K every morning so this morning i had a Muller Light strawberry yoghurt and i mixed 1oz of porridge oats in it with some fresh raspberries and blackberries.

It was soooo delicious and cos of the oats it really filled me up and took ages to eat. :D

And best of all its totally free on my diet!! :dance: :dance: :dance:
 
mmmmmm i have been trying not to have cereal for my breaky.. although you are allowed 4 of each a and b choices coz ur preggy right? i have been having mushrooms bacon and egg on a red day and/or fruit with a free lowfat natural yoggie and spoonfull of musili sprinkled over.. so thats only about 1 syn this is either on a green day or instead of the non-fat fry up. lol :D
 
no you only get the only extra healthy choices when you are BF. So its another good incentive for me to BF - I get to eat more!! Lol

Im to lazy to do the fry up of a morning!! You can send me some of yours if you like. :D
 
I used to love red days and the grill ups as i called them!

Im going to have my cd porridge in a bit, but need to get pint of water number 2 down my neck!
