**** july mummies 2018 *****

It does suck Katy! I remember feeling this shitty with DD but then it all went away after 12 weeks so fingers crossed!!!! I cannot imagine feeling like this for 7 more months no no no no! x

I really feel for you girls, I remember my last pregnancy if I hadn't had a bump you wouldn't have known. I had such mild nausea that lasted no time.

my husband offered to do my morning jobs this morning so I've been watching Jeremy Kyle eating a bag of mini poppadoms. the dryness of them helps me. I couldn't cope if I couldn't snack though. I feel like I'm going to gain a lot of weight this time. I was so grateful that my midwife didn't weigh me last week. she took an estimate and said that was enough which was great as I know I've put on weight since my honeymoon in August but I just don't want to know how much

God! I am snacking like there is no tomorrow, despite the nausea. Nuts, crackers, dry cereal, wotsits! Yesterday I haven't been feeling so great so hardly ate anything but come 6pm, hubby made dinner and I had a bowl of soup, baked chicken with pasta, icecream and a whole gala melon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #PIG

haha a whole melon! that's so funny, no way I could ever manage a whole one. I've got wotsits coming with my Tesco order today which I'm excited about haha

What vitamins are you all taking?

I'm currently taking folic acid. I have read you also need vitamin D.

I did take pregnacare before conception but it gave me awful acid reflux so I stopped so I am guessing the pregnacare during pregnancy will do a similar thing.

I am taking Pregnacare plus. I do tend to get a bit of reflux after the 'fishy' pill with Omega but it's not too bad. Maybe try 7 seas? x

How's everyone doing today?

Still have the hives. I chickened out of the piriteze as its unclear if there are side effects being this early pregnant. And they don't seem to getting worse I'm going they'll clear up by tomorrow. Appetite is still crap although you ladies have put me in the mood for wotsits lol xx

I got new ones at my booking appointment because I was struggling with the ones I had making me sick. I can't take pregna care . Was taking boots own. Midwife was like there's no point you paying for them if I can give you them free. They don't have a name though sorry just in a white bottle Xx

Hello ladies!

Lots to catch up on. Yes to almost constant nausea, yes to snacking...especially on dry, plain things! No...nothing to worry about if you're not feeling nauseous, 20-25% of women don't.

I'm currently sat at work in the dining hall eating a chip butty and it's bloody amazing!

I feel it's much easier to pig out in the evenings though when the nausea is at its mildest.

Hope you're all doing well despite the niggles. Xx

Fingers crossed then I only have 5 weeks of it left!

I’m taking folic acid 5mg as I’m diabetic so have to take more. Plus vitamin D and a pregnancy multi vit that has vit c, iron, b12 etc all the usual ones

Hope you're doing well too!

Unfortunately my nausea seems to appear early morning and then again in the evening. Last night was really bad. I woke up to eat but nothing seemed to help. But I have felt fine all afternoon. Usually by about 9:00 pm I start going downhill again, and then the nausea comes back... A continuous rollercoaster... So annoying.

I hope you're all having a good start to the week!

well today I'm now constipated :-(

I have been on and off for a few weeks now. Have had some days so uncomfortable I could cry :(

Cheryl I was really constipated at beginning- try weetabix that's what helped me the midwife gave me lactalouse too which helped and told me to keep off bananas as they can make you constipated xx
