I got my first faint positive 10dpo .. i'm 15 dpo today and the line is getting darker, i'm very scared of early chemicals, happened to me last month so i'm holding on to everything to get past 6-7 weeks without problems

I didn't tell my mum or dad �� Didnt feel right so just went with my gut. I have an early scan booked for 15th June to stop me going batty so might tell them then, or on my 30th bday maybe...

Had to secretly throw away mums sticky toffee pudding - sweet things and me are not friends at the moment!

5.30am start this morning, oh yay! It's usually 6am but hey ho.

Glad you joined us Napoli. I saw your tests and they all look really good considering you tested really early.

I had that first moment of wanting to heave when I brushed my teeth this morning. Didn't really have any MS with my son, just 3-4 weeks of feeling sick and actually sick maybe 5 times max, so hoping I won't get too much this time around either. Bit earlier second time though, first time I didn't start to feel any symptoms until I was over 6 weeks.

Morning ladies! Hope you're all okay

No actual morning sickness yet for me, but stomach churning feelings and dizziness so I'm prepared that it will show up soon


I have a day off work and am very sorely tempted to book a private scan today and see if they can see a better white blob than I had on thursday. This is silliness of course, and OH would be less than impressed at me spending £95 to see a white dot. But it's only a phonecall and 20 minute drive away... I'm going to need some big distractions today!!!

Hey Madsticks, how the sickness for you now?? I am feeling worse and worse each day... I wake up feeling so sick and whereas before some cereal would ease it, it doesnt and it just stays most of the day... I have my first MW app tomorrow and am hoping she can help me with ***TMI*** constipation, its making me so sick, and bloated at the time

Congrats Clare! Got my early scan booked for Wednesday I'll be 7+5, hope all is well
Had my first midwife appointment today and I'm kinda let down, It lasted about 20 minutes, went through general things like folic acid, foods to avoid etc and gave me some leaflets. I was told i have to wait for an appointment off the hospital to finish my booking appointment off there, has anybody had this?

Hi Danielle. I was told I can't get in with midwife till 30th June. I told her that I would be 12 weeks then so she told me to go to the antenatal clinic at the hospital for an appointment on the 26th of this month. Bit frustrating really! Must be for you to have half the appointment done and then told you need to finish the appointment else where

Hev.. Didn't expect an early appointment either, I had to fill in a form at the doctors and was told I'd get a call off the midwife and she called the next day! Just have to wait for a date to come in the post for another appointment as well as my scan date! Eek
