itching

Morning all,

Just a quick question. I have got little raised spots going from the crease at my elbows to my wrists. They are quite itchy.

I have not had this before. Could it be pregnancy related? Have other people had anything similar?

sorry hun, don't know if it could be pregnancy or not.

but could possibly be an allergy to something. have you worn a new top that might have a different dye in it, or changed washing powder, or used some new perfume?

Dont know what its from hun, but strange you said this about a week ago, my arms broke out in rashes while i was laying in bed and i got up and i had spots from my elbow to my wrist went away after 2 hours or so though, are yours still there.?

Hi, thanks for messages.

Yes mine are still here, had them for a few days now. I was going to take an antihistamine tablet last night, until I read the leaflet and it said DO NOT TAKE IF PREGNANT.

The itch is annoying rather than worrying. I will keep putting on soothing cream and tackle the obs guy about it if it is still there when I see him in January.

hi hun but it sounds more like an allergic reaction to me but im really not sure. I have a bad reaction to latex and one touch will have me in hospital.

You say your putting cream on but what cream, my nan swears by hydroquozone cream (sp) i havent tried it though but have a look.
Also give nhs direct a quick ring or look on their website they might be able to help you have an itch free xmas. Take care
