Implantation Bleed

Hi

Do you always get an implantation bleed when you conceive? I have no period and haven't had any spotting at all?

Hi I didnt get an implantation bleed, I think its something like one in three get it.

No, some people dont have an implantation bleed, it very much varies from person to person.

I didnt have a 'bleed' as such, I just had pinky/brown discharge for a few days after ovulation and had never had it previous months so it was a big giveaway.

But like I said, it definately varies so dont worry if you havent had one cos it doenst necessarily mean you havent conceived!!
