i havn't been spotting does this mean i am not pregnant?

I just feel different
but Iv'e had no spotting, sickness just tender breasts and very tired and hot flashes. Just wondered if everyone gets spotting when pregnant? And if you don't experience spotting does it mean your not pregnant?

Hi, I haven't had any spotting. The only symptoms I had for the first 6 weeks was sore breasts. Then the nausea kicked in.

i didnt get any spotting, think it is rare to have it. I also didnt have any major symptoms early on so your not out yet!!

I just wondered because lots of pregnancy sites mention implantation bleeding which I have never heard of before up until now.

I am so irritable, my nipples are tender, hot flashes, slight cramps on and off which only started today compared to the nipples which was about 6 days ago maybe more and iv'e had a terrible acne breakout
