I don't know what's happening :(

Two weeks ago I got my bfp! I felt a bit different so I initially tested the day after AF was due, but it came back negative. I didn't get the bfp until I was 5 days late, the line was faint but definately there. A day later I started bleeding, I tested again and the line was a bit stronger. I went to the doctor who got me a scan straight away, they said there was no sign of anything and i'd almost certainly miscarried again . However this was 2 weeks ago. My boobs are so sore I can barely touch them, i'm feeling a bit queasy and when I tested today to see if it was negative yet it came up stronger and darker than ever. I'm so confused. Could the little seed have been so small in the scan they couldn't see it?? I know hcg stays in the system for a few weeks, but shouldn't it be going down by now? And shouldn't my symptoms be getting easier, not more severe?? I just don't know what to think. Has anyone else had this?

Awww Thank you hon. I don't know if i'm just holding on to any glimmer of hope that somehow this little one's ok in there. I've made an appointment to see my doctor on Thursday so i'll test again before then. xxxx

Hi hun sounds like u were really early when u went for u scan! I have seen a lot of women on here say they have bled before and its been ok? I'd ask to go for another scan. Don't wanna get your hopes up but sounds like it could Of stuck ? X

Thannk you, I think that's what i'm going to do. I feel like i'm in limbo, just not knowing! I'm wondering if maybe I ovulated late maybe, or my cycle is a bit up in the air since my mmc in September, as I only got a very faint line when I was 5 days late? I just can't understand why, 2 weeks on, the tests are stronger. Aaaaaghhh! It's so frustrating!! xxx

I dont want to give you false hope, but it does seem like you ovulated late and scan was too early, they cant see much in those first few weeks i had a scan at 5 weeks with one of mine and they only saw thickening lining had to go back 2 weeks later to check as too early to see anything, with my miscarraiges aswell that he took seriously and sent me to epu, the epu never discharge me till 2 weeks later and i had to ring up with pregncy test result. definatly get back to the doctor

I think that it was just too early to pick up on the scan honey - I think your little bean may have stuck and like the others say, perhaps you OVd later than you thought and the bleeding may have been implantation bleeding. What was the blood like that you passed? I dont want to give you false hope but the doctor will hopefully be able to pick this up on a scan now?? Good luck honey, fx for ya

Thanks everyone! Sorry if all this is tmi..! I had a tiny amount of spotting when I wiped for a day, then enough to cover a small pant liner (Sorry!). Then it just stopped. I've had some more when I wiped today, all the time it's been kind of a muddy brown colour. I always imagined it'd be fairly red if it was a miscarriage? Today my boobs are so tender it was even sore to button up my coat! If I had have ov'd late i'd probably only have been 4 weeks 4 days at the scan last week. Part of me feels like i'm making a fuss going back to the doctor, but i'm still getting a big dark bfp. xxxxx

personally id try a cb digi to see how many weeks it comes up with what was your lmp? and when did they scan as it seems very early for them to give you a scan was in an internal or external scan?

It was a scan to confirm whether or not i'd miscarried. They tried external but couldn't see anything so I had an internal one too but still nothing

Think you are well within your rights to get right back at the doctor and find out what's happening. I agree if you had an MC you should have more bleeding....
