Thanks everyone for posting these messages. I've just been referred for this so am feeling a little nervous. Just wanted to check whether anyone tool the day off afterwards (or wished they had done!)

I took the day off aftyerwards, but didnt need it really. It didnt hurt me at all, just have pain killers before hand xx
