My son is two and 3 months and only says a handful of words and these words are really hard to understand. He's been referred to ENT to check his hearing and possibly speech therapy

Jackson is 2.5 and he can speak quite well. I found nursery has brought him on and he was always quite bright as a baby. He can count to 20 and say his alphabet, he knows shapes and he can ask questions or tell you hes wanting something ie milk, food, he practically knows every word and is good on repetition - but then, like others have says each baby is different and sometimes they just wake and dont stop talking LOL xxxx
