Just wrap the toilet roll around your middle and see how many squares you are.

I did it today and am back down to 7 turns out I had an upset stomach last night so it was bloat lol

I put it a bit lower, where my bump actuall is, but avoid my hip area otherwise I'd probably have to use the whole roll

Maybe a couple inches below belly button level? I'm presuming the further on you are you just move it up a bit to the biggest part of your belly/
