does your young one takes a naps during the day? mine takes to naps and I think thats the reason why he kept waking up middle of the nights. wakes up either 6ish or 7ish then waited till 10ish and put him to sleep then comes 3pm eats and went back to sleep. I cut the 3pm to see if he sleeps well. finger crossed!

You need to let your baby sleep (assuming it's a baby can't see tickers) sleep breeds sleep and keeping baby awake won't help. Someone posted a thread in B&T the other day. Some babies need to get up in the night as they are not adults and they have tiny stomachs. Think of like you waking up for a glass of water.

At 10 months my LO would have had 2-3 small naps a day. If Odhrán is overtired he will be more unsettled during the night. Good luck x

At 10 months my Lo would have had two naps a day and hour/hour and a half in the morning at around nine and an hour in the afternoon at around half one xxxx

haha it's hard work trying to get things done but have to spend night time doing it as he is a really good sleeper when it does come to bed time

Noah usually naps after most of his feeds during the day. He isn't yet sleeping through but it's gradually improving

when my eldest was 10 months he only slept in the afternoons a 3 hour nap from 12.30 - 3.30 and then bed at 6 he slept til 8 the next morning xx

hi mine is 10 months and sleep for an hour and a half at 9.30 then half an hour at 2.30 then 7-7am

i don't think i could cope without naps!!!
