How long to take agnus castus

I've been taking the interesting smelling (!) agnus castus since CD2 (CD12 now) and I'm expecting to ov in the next week at some point.

Do I take AC until I see my surge and then stop? Or do I take it all the time now?

Hi sweetie, I took it for 14 days, they say to take to OV but I wasn't sure when mine was so I took for the first 14 days x

Good woman, you are tres organised! Hope this is your cycle sweetie!
We are good thanks, Poppy is nearly the size of a prune (Lol!) 10 weeks tomoro but no further ahead with seeing a Midwife-they appear to all have done a runner! Oh well, I am healthy so can't complain x
