Agnus castus

Well its been 2 weeks since i was suppose to get depo shot but didnt't and today i brought Agnus Castus from holland and barratt.do you think its still to early to take or is ok to start now? and when would i stop them?

Hi, you're meant to start Agnus Castus at the beginning of your cycle, so the first day of your period and take it until ovulation and then stop. x x

i thought you could start taking it to help kick start AF again?
