Thanks Jen. I'm ok. My knee is painful but I am getting about just. Haven't heard from hubby since those messages so I hope he is ok. Baby led weaning is where you let you little one decide when they want to be weaned like them taking interest in your food and chewing on their hands. With this sometimes LO's get weaned earlier than recommended. It's all personal choice. xxx

Lol, baby led weaning is when you give them finger foods from the day you choose to wean them

You let them pick it up and eat it if they want and leave it if they don't - with spoon feeding your deciding they should eat that spoonful where as a baby if not interested in the food will not be interested in picking it up and eating it

Or eating it - and leaving it if they don't want it

Baby led weaning more importantly than purée should be left Till 6 months due to their gag reflexes etc

So when my mam had Stanley for the day a few weeks ago she secretly went and had Stanley's casts done of his hand and foot after saying I wanted to get them done! It was ready to pick up today and here it is I'm over the moon

Hi everyone, well today I got some premade hungry baby formula to check Emma would be ok on it for holiday. But we're gonna have to revert back to the anti reflux formula as she just spewed all day. So much for the hv saying as they get older their stomach's cope better!

I've just bought a nice big scrapbook (black with black pages) some white pens, coloured craft paper, glue and photo corners - I'm going to start making a family scrapbook, staring at me and hubby meeting and our wedding (quickly lol) then going onto scan and bump pictures then the birth of Luke - then when we have another we can just add that in too. I always did scrapbooks when I was a kid - always more interesting than photo albums. What do you think?

Haha that's so funny jojo I'm literally scrap booking right now! I do them for holidays and big events generally, have started Maddie her own one, it's something I come back to every now and then as I get annoyed when I can't make it look how I want!

The imagination comes and goes with me, I'm doing it cos Maddie's asleep (finally) and lees watching the bloomin World Cup final! Glad that only comes round every 4 years!

Jojo that's a great idea! I did one from the day I found out I was pregnant til a few days after Stanley was born, I much prefer scrap book type memory makers than photo albums as you can get creative with them.

I'm doing the opposite lol - I'm doing an everyday kind of one and a family one so that when 2 cones along I don't need to do more than 1 lol

You'rs looks great! I like them more than photo albums. I'm planning yo stick pictures on the front like a collage then cover it with ova to make it solid.

In hobbycraft they have these little pockets now in their scrap booking range , I love that idea! My mum did a similar scrapbook for me and I love it so I'm hoping Maddie will too!

Haha I don't have the patience to keep it up longer term that's why, it comes in bursts with me! I'm such a photo freak they're my thing! I update the frames in the house constantly and am really anal about how they're stored and backed up and organised lol it's an obsession I could spend hours editing and organising photos! I have normal slip in photo albums so if all technology fails I at least have print copies, scrapbooks for different events, and the printed photo books for holidays and things too I love those they're fab!
