Had to take the dog to the vets this morning, fed Thomas at 7, came downstairs and had brekkie at 8, went back up at 8.30, put him in his crib with his mobile on while I had a shower, thinking he won't last he'll wake hubby up crying and he went to sleep! And he's still asleep!!!!

I've been to the vets and back, washed bottles, tidied kitchen and now I'm sitting down twiddling my thumbs. This never happens!

Well!!! .....,, someone is awake every hour on the hour! Now having a bottle in our bed! This means he may sleep through the journey!

Renitidine didn't work - only because renitidine slows the amount of stomach acid produced - oscars main issue was not being able to hold as much milk down!

Now he's dribbling and teething we are eating sicky acid smelly burps so I may go back and ask for renitidine to stop it stinging his throat which I think it is

What kind of sick is it Hun? Is it lumpy and smells acidy? Or just like fresh milk? How long after a feed is she sick? Any signs of discomfort?

How linked are your GP and HV? I used the ' my midwife advised me to come and get xxxxxxx prescribed '

It's hardly ever lumpy but always smells acidic. If she's sick soon after a feed she just brings up milk but she's often sick hours n hours after a feed and it's just clear liquid that she brings up, which smells very strongly of stomach acid. She doesn't have discomfort at all, the sick just seems to pour out her mouth, but it's just so scary as she's choked a few times and coudlnt breathe until I put her upside down.

They arn't very linked much, but I'll just go and say she told me to get it and if they argue I'll say she really recommended it

Well I just met a friend with her bubby who is 5 days younger than Ellie. Had a kiddicare meet and Ellie is so loud! The whole shop was looking!!! Most little Babies scream but it's still quiet really but Ellie reaches god knows how many decibels!!!

She clearly takes after me!!!

Meantime I'm on my 7 day pill break and even though I pretty much bled through the hole pack I've still had period arrive at full force!!! Bleeding through a super plus tampon onto a towel within 2 hours and the cramps are here too!!! I much proffered being pregnant!!!

aw bless you tt254. I am so please my pill is constant. Joseph has his first night in his nursery last night. He was fine once we finally got him down. He normally goes to bed at 8pm. It took us until 10.50pm to get him to go down. Picked him up for his midnight feed and he slept until 7am which is better than 6am. Hopefully tonight will be better x

We have one of those too! I couldn't believe how quiet other people's babies were when I started going to group!

Just saw a post on Facebook about ashes in to glass for a little 5 month old who passed away from SIDS. Gave me shivers. So sad not to upset you all, but just thought I'd mention it as I'd stopped being so vigilant. Poor little bubba passed away during her daytime nap in her own cot.

Aw bless your toria that has just made me shiver. Joseph has slept in his big cot before during the day and hasn't had his monitor on as he was in his swinging crib on a night. Poor souls. xxx

That's awful toria, you do get a bit more relaxed as they get bigger. Poor baby and family

Aw Stacey the black and white pic I put on Instagram too she just kept saying how chunky she was getting rather than just saying it was a nice pic x

Jen, just ignore the comments. Baby's are supposed to put on weight then have growth spurts. Emma's got about 4 rolls on each thigh. I'm happier now that's she putting on weight. Was so anxious when she wasn't.

People keep saying luke is "skinny" and like a runner bean and I don't thinner is! He's tall and slight but he's healthy and has energy.

Every time I go on Facebook it's there.

Luke is tall, he will just carry weight differently.

I'm feeling so paranoid about Thomas tonight now. He's got a horrible little cough and every time I hear it on the monitor I want to run up and check he's ok
