How are all you new mummies doing?

Simon has come in and gone, 'I just put 7 scoops in and then realised it's only set to 5 so I changed it to 7 halfway through but it's only made 5, that's ok isn't it? Oh yeah great if you love really strong formula! Pleb! Lol

Thanks for the add Jen - I'm assuming that's you, otherwise someone else has S in their pictures and is called Jen! lol xx

I wish my emojis would work - this requires a lot lol!

I've been so busy so not posted in a few days. Hope everyone had a great Christmas. I did, Hayley really enjoyed herself and liked her presents from Santa and family & friends :)

She's off to her dads so I won't see her until Sunday :( But gives me time to try and organise my house and find a place for all her toys!

I'm
Trying to find somewhere for all Luke's toys. I was uploaded to be at work but I've been feeling so sick I stayed off. He's got his toot toot tower which he kinda plays with, he stands up and hits the cars against the ramp until they make noises lol he also likes watching them fly down the ramp and I think in time he will really like it. He loves his walker but hasn't figured you can walk with it yet, he pushes it backwards and spins the wheels, he got loads of other little yoga, like ring stackers and pull along toys and a little laptop thing and a hippo pillow and things, some musical keys, remote control and phone and things. Peppa pig DVDs, a
Tool bench thing... I think I'm
Going to clear out his toybox to make room.

Ditto that jojo! Our living room was looking like a tip anyway with all the toys, we're overrun now! I'm moving some to his bedroom that he's not quite old enough for yet to make space

I'm planning on rotating the bigger noisy toys so she has one in the living room for a week or so and the rest in her bedroom. Otherwise we won't have room plus i think she'd get overwhelmed having all of them together. Think we might have to buy another bookcase for the living room and give her the bottom shelves for books and toys and keep our DVDs and knickknacks higher up a bit more out of her reach. And we specifically avoided any large toys!

I need to buy a toy box for Hayley, so many toys everywhere it looks like i live in a nursery lol Any recommendation of where to buy a good sturdy toy box?

Also looking for one! My friend has one from dunelm that looks good & only £24.99! I was hoping to find a bigger one

I've got half of Emma's stuff in the playroom, and the rest cluttering my living area.

Who else got their LO the bouncy zebra thing? Emma loves it.

We never got that toria but I got one of the m & p rocker things second hand and she loves it! That may be a birthday gift. S fav seems to be the Winnie the Pooh lightshow and lullabies thing, it's gorgeous for them falling to sleep.

I'm going to buy one of these for the hall for her toys, you can buy a range of boxes to fit inside and they are perfect sizes.... ImageUploadedByTapatalk1419705762.563090.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1419705841.494808.jpg

Defo something Chris would do! He made me a cup of tea to make up for it haha. Took me a while to forgive him tho. Yeah it was me! :-) it was nat that I recognised first from a while ago and then I thought about you and figured I had gotten the right person :-) x

I'm considering buying likes 1st birthday present on the sale, I did this for Xmas gifts and ended up buying him too much lol

I'm sorted for Emma's birthday. Didn't give her everything for Xmas as she was too excited watching the other kids and playing with the rubbish. She was too young for a lot of them too. Her main present is the little tykes sand and water pirate ship table thingy. Was £30ish, so couldn't not get it!

This is my play room. The shelving and drawers are from ikea. I'm thinking about replacing the drawers with the great little trading company ones just for a change.

Luke seemed like he got loads but actually getting it home it's not too bad but I think I'll take the activity table to mums house as he's more interested in the walker. He's been playing with his toot toot tower quite a bit. He was quite good and played with everything a little bit and actually didn't care about the wrapping paper or boxes amazingly. I wish we had room for. Playroom but we're not that lucky, I just use his travel co to store toys at night and set gem around he room during the day.

Looks good toria! I would love a play room. See that seat you put on fb toria? Is it good?

We specifically encouraged Isabelle to play with the wrapping paper. Got some lovely photos, especially on boxing day when she was doing it with her older cousins. She's got plenty of time to play with the toys :-)

We encourages him to play he just refused to even get near it apart from one big present fromy mum that he pulled at a little. He was just far too preoccupied to bother with paper lol he's been playing with paper a lot recently - mainly letters or training booklets so I've been moving them out his reach and he chooses Xmas day of all days to stay away from
Ripping paper lol typical

There's a lovely storage thing on that website I want! It would fit perfectly between the 2 windows in Austin's nursery but it's a lot more than I wanted to pay & that's sale price too!

Macie was exactly the same jo she wasn't really interested in the paper she was climbing up everything lol think she was just overwhelmed! She's loving playing with her new toys! Xxx
