Sounds like lovely weekend ladies. We are out for FIL birthday dinner tomorrow at my fav Italian.. Yum!

I've had a looooong day! Went swimming again with Hayley, and she loved it. She spent the whole time doing the doggy paddle or splashing her arms whilst standing! She's not napped so been exhausted since 4pm - even now she won't sleep!! I've been walking, rocking and bouncing her for hours. Better workout than the gym! My muscles are aching. Hopefully she'll settle soon.

I'm going out to the cinema tomorrow with a friend as Hayley will be with her dad.

Hayleys been abit unsettled, keeps waking to cry abit but falls asleep before anything can be done. Bit worried as my mum is very ill with the cold (she looks like death!) so im hoping me & or hayley don't catch it.

Text my ex as child maintenance (the first payment in 8 weeks) was due on the 1st, i havent received anything so i was asking if he sent anything. No reply but he's due to have hayley from 12 noon tomorrow til 10 am sunday. He did say to me he would set a standing order for the 3rd (no idea why the 3rd if it's due on the 1st - hey ho) but i don't know if a standing order normally takes a while? got more annoyed as i checked his FB ( i know i shouldnt have!) but he posted abotu buying some daft zipper that a character in an xbox game wears which costs over £30! Priorities eh!

If it's setup for the 3rd I would have thought you should receive it on the 3rd unless it's a weekend and then you'd get it in the Monday following.

Seems silly to set it up after it's due!

I thought they were pretty instant, but assumed I was just being naive and they take a few days! I'm clueless! Urgh, 8 weeks of him not even paying a penny to his daughter, I want to be stubborn and tell him to shove it and do it all myself - but i'd regret Hayley missing out on things just cos he's an eejit!

I've got a feeling if it leaves his account on the 3rd it can take a couple of days to reach you. Petty, but annoying that he has set it up for the 3rd if it's supposed to be the 1st. To me it's just him trying to control the situation a bit, like he'll do it when he wants, not when they say x

I think account payment are pretty much instant now. I know of I transfer something it's straight away unless it's to my credit card. I'll ask hubby later as he has standing orders from one bank to another so he'll know

I transfer from Barclays to HSBC all the time and it's there straight away. Make a note of this Kaedin.

Standing orders are straight away now as most of the big banks are in a scheme called the faster payment system but with you being in Scotland I'm not sure they used to take a couple of days which banks is it hun? Xxxx

It's still not on either way hun, u have waited long enough I would defo asked him if has actually set it up n defo log it down. He real does sound like such an arse doing everything to annoy u, u r very good I would have been so evil to him!!!

Harry had me up since 5.15 finally got him up at 5.30 as he was never guna go back off so we have been up tescos sorted put our loft n now waiting to go out lol. Going to b a long day!!!!!

Urgh text him and he said he was told it's due on the first of October. I just re-read my paperwork and it does say 1st october then the first every month afterwards. So that's another 4 weeks without him paying a penny to Hayley.

He clearly cares so much by sticking to the letter of the paperwork rather than thinking I'll pay this month too and be a good father

He said that's the arrangement and he's sticking to it as its "not fair to chop and change". He siad that as I refused to let hayley be passed about with him random days. I told him it's fine and it shows his true colours.

I've managed 8 weeks doing it alone, I can manage another 4 weeks. I'd think he could at least ask if i needed anything for Hayley to ensure she's not going without. Everytime he has her, im asking if he needs anything for her! Guess it just shows who actually cares about Hayley.

But at least he's saying he's sticking to it, so hopefully means he'll stick the to amount of contact stated in black and white and not keep her overnight when he isn't supposed to

Make sure he sets it up to actually reach you on the 1st then hon. Don't let him set it up for the 3rd. If he can't be lenient then I don't see why you should. Yeah maybe tit for tat, but he clearly isn't interested in her well being and you need the money asap x

thats hayley away until tomorrow morning He brought his bodyguard aka his mum to my door to get Hayley. I opened the door and said hiya...neither of them even said hello.

Yeah I'll say to him when he drops her off that I want him to set it up for the 1st. Tbh it's better that way as child maintenance say you need to allow 5 working days to receive the money to account for like bank holidays and stuff so if he's doing it on the 3rd he has less time before it classed as a late payment.

My friend that I was supposed to be going to the cinema with isn't texting me back urgh!!. But my dads going out to the pub later for some drinks and food so ill join him instead

Well I've had a busy day. Dads back to stay, and Chris has a cold so he's totally out of action. Feet up or napping! Then told me lunchtime he would cancel his night out as he's not feeling well. I didn't even know he was out! And we've got my stepdaughter, so all 4 kids. I gave up at about 5pm and started on the wine.

Hi guys, been a bit busy this weekend and things - still in pain and been at mums a lot as mark is away 1 miss him loads and can't sleep at night because I fel so anxious about being on my on with puke for some reason.
