Depends what kind of market your in. It's still mental in the east/south east. Our house as risen 11% on the last 3 months

We have just gone back to using a grow bag now the weather's a bit cooler. 1 tog over a sleep suit in 23-24° room. Just ordered her 6-18 month ones for when she moves into her cot (as cant seem to keep blankets on her in there) and they're enormous. Not sure when she'll be able to go into them as she's quite a way below the 18lb min weight, but is close to the 27" max length on the 0-6, so hopefully she won't grow much longer over the next couple of months so she can stay in them a bit longer. We've gone for one each of 1 and 2.5 tog for now and might ask for some more at Christmas as they're quite pricey (although we did buy these in the sale).

I buy the M&s ones cause of my discount and it doesn't say about min weight on 6-18 months (unless I'm blind!) Thomas was 16lb 1 three weeks ago and I've used them already

Had another bad day today, Hayley has been grumpy crying most of the day. Given her bonjela and calpol as I think it's her teeth bothering her. Went to tesco to buy Teetha teething granules, and forgot them and bought a load of other stuff, urgh!! That's her now in her moses basket settling off to sleep, here hoping she doesn't wake at 4am again!

I didn't say to my HV about my ex as she was there with another lady and when she was talking there wasn't really an opening in the convo to mention it. And I didn't want to just turn into a massive rant at how vile he is..iykwim. It was a very positive appointment and she even said they could help me to get accomodation. But I said as i've only just moved back home im still trying to get everything settles and it's not something im thinking about yet. Maybe once maintenance for hayley is sorted and I know what ill be getting each month and sort out my outgoings.

We had Chris son for 10 days and bed gone back home today it feels quiet without him but he'll be back in Friday.
Think I'm coming down with a cold this weather has been so awkward one min it's warm the next it's freezing!
