Horrible stitch on both sides and REALLY sore back and hips

If this isn't my BFP I'm going to my GP because I have had a horrible stitch in both sides for 2 days now along with horrible lower back and hip pain.

I have an office job so I think sitting all day is making it worse but it's only come on in the last two days or so.

I'm 11DPO today (possible second ov would be 8DPO)

I've read these can be early symptoms, anyone else had these before their BFP?

I get this when I'm constipated sometimes, as horrible as it sounds!! I've actually had to balance on the side of my bum while sitting in the cinema before because of this horrible stitch feeling when I'm sitting down!!

However, constipation *is* a symptom!!

Hi ChloeNat, did your symptoms get any better, I haven't got the lower back pain but have had stitch for a few days now at points it was quite sore today not as bad and hips a bit tender. I am only 6dpo though.
