Not sure if they still have them but m&s had wedges a bit ago in that pink and also new look.

Personally i like it, and would leave the ribbon. if you're anything like me, i found something on top of bump enhances the bump and makes me feel that i look pregnant rather than fat.

If you're on a budget and thinking about what to wear later in the year to dressy events, why not check out sales, i got a great black maternity dress in dorothy perkins a couple of weeks ago for £7, looks nice on and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion.
