Not doing too bad. Hoping to return to work next week. I really can't afford just to be on ssp. The meds seem to be suiting me and dropped the pregnacare. Still the nausea but I'm coping. Hoping now I've hit 13 weeks things might start calming down (maybe being hopeful) xx

Hey girls this will make u laugh hubby went out last night for a friend bday and he is soooo hungover this morning he was even sick! He doesn't drink much nowadays and it's hit him hard. So he is really looking for sympathy and said to me I promise you this is the worst hangover ever u have never experiences anything like this in ur life! I literally nearly hit him and said how u feel now is exactly how I have felt for 19 weeks day in day out! He looked at me and said it mUst be awful for you how do you cope!!! Men honestly I now know why god have women the parts to have babies!!! Xxxx

Haha unlucky!! A hangover is a good way to describe hg! My hubby got very drunk the other week and ran into the bedroom at midnight "babe!...babe!.... I need a mcflurry right now, Ive got a craving!" I wasn't best pleased atall but did end up taking himbto get one because he wouldn't shut up!

Quick question ladies, if I phone in sick for during a phased return to work would I still get ssp? Meant to be working tonight but been being sick this morning and feel so ill and headachey, not sure how I'm meant to do a shift at work xx

It's shit when u feel like that. Feels like it's never going to go. I've got my 20 week scan tomo and still get bad days hoping everything's ok tomo getting nervous now! Xxx

I think it's tiredness and my own fault really. Decided to cut some of my grass in the garden on Saturday, but needed to use the trimmer first and then the lawn mower. Then had a late night because of the clocks changing and out early for a play group with Harry and went shopping, and hoovered/tidied the house then had another late night last night, so self inflicted in some ways. Although it's all things that wouldn't have mattered had I not got HG. Trying to do too much when I do feel semi normal.
I'm swapping shifts with another girl later in the week so don't have to worry about ssp, just have to hope I start to feel better with a nap today and an early night. Cos I don't want to have to phone in sick again.
It sucks that it lasts so long, but exciting you have your scan tomorrow. I'm sure everything will be perfect. The 20week scan is the best one out of the scans, expect a private 4D one

hey ladies how are you? sorry ur feeling crap kanga, if ur unsure on anything give ACAS a ring, they will know about SSP.
I really want a 4d scan but don't want to pay a fortune.
husband surprised me to a trip to grt Yarmouth on Saturday, it was lovely and we laughed the whole day, although come afternoon I felt really really ill and we had to cancel the surprise hotel he had booked and come home, I then was sick everywhere and thought I was going to pass out. was in bed by 9. poor bloke!

Hey girlies soooo we r team pink!!! So excited can't believe it!! All looks good except she was playing up and wouldn't show them her spine so have to go bk in 3 weeks they didn't seem concerned tho. Awww fab scan pic keeptrying! It's seems as though girls have all been the culprits of the HG in this thread lol exciting you get to see baby again in a few weeks, although I am sure everything is fine.
I'm still not feeling great although did manage to pop out this morning for Harry's play group. Just popped into work to see what my shifts would be seeing as I didn't work last night and they were meant to switch them around, so I'm not rota'd in for an extra shift which is good. But the bit I'm freaking out about is next weeks rota. I'm in Sunday night as part of this week and then I'm in mon, tues and wed next week, so that's 4 days in a row!! What was my boss thinking, she knows I'm struggling to even do just one shift, let alone 4 in a row. So upset and panicky
really don't know what to do xx

I know! All girls so far! We have to wait til September to find out if you have kept to the trend! That seems alot of shits next week! I dont blame you feeling a bit aprehensive! You almost need every other day so you have a day to recover. I think all you can do is just see how u r and dont be rushed into anything to soon. If one day you feel shit just take a view on it. Your still in the peak of the HG so its best not to push urself. xxx
