It certainly is tougher with a toddler around especially when they decide to throw their bowl of cereal on to the carpet! Milk went everywhere, I wasn't best pleased lol He is being super grumpy today aswell due to lack of sleep, but he is quiet at the mo watching tv, which is nice

Sorry to hear your having a crap morning, I'm so glad I'm not being sick that much now, just feel it constantly. Hope you can stay at home and rest today xx

I hardly slept atall last night, and am feeling awful today! had my whooping cough jab this morning too so that's sore lol.
sososososoooo tired and headachey.....todays not a good day!

Ahh kanga he is so cute!! What did ur boss say today? Jem sorry ur still feeling poorly I had a bad morning projectiled all over the bed as soon as I sat up! My poor hubby! Can definitely say there is not much romance at the moment haha! I went swimming tonight and it really relaxed me so going to try and go more now xx

Hey keeptrying, Aww that sounds like fun, I was round my parents last night for a bbq, and I hardly got any sleep last night and have spent the day feeling like I've got a stomach bug, not normal hg I feel absolutely awful!

Evening ladies, I'm not doing too bad still mega stressed and anxious about everything but coping with it better so not getting so many headaches. I'm in work tonight, start in an hour and really don't want to go working sucks, wish I was able to be off already.

Sounds like you had a good but busy weekend keeptrying, hope you manage to catch up on some sleep.

Jem I find having no sleep really affects me too, hope you start to feel better soon and hope you had a good time at the BBQ xx

Hey Jem that's bad luck that I've picked up a tummy bug as if u needed that as well!! How is ur hg doing? Is it easing at all? Or is it still on a daily basis? Hoping to hear that it does ease I'm so down with it. Felt like such an achievement this weekend then coming home and feeling crap and sick again. Kanga I def agree think maternity leave should start about 3 weeks after conception til a yeAr after birth! How's it going tonight? Xxx

I don't start til 10pm so going to make a move soon, it's less than 2 min walk from my front door to the petrol station lol I'm not feeling too bad at the mo, but don't want to jinx anything. Had a good weekend on the HG front, just keep getting the headaches. Hoping I don't have a bad few days after this shift like last time, as I have my brother visiting for a few days and don't want to be ill while he is down xx

Keeptrying I saw in the august mummies thread that you've had a rough few days I really feel for you still being so sick, I can't imagine having it last so long.

I am going to be the one you hate, as I must say my sickness has really eased up the last few days, felt quite nauseous yesterday but today has been good. Definitely seeing more good than bad days, hoping I'm not being lulled into a false hope. Just need to take it easy still and make sure I don't trigger it starting back up again, but for now I'm feeling grateful. xx

Hiya kanga, im so glad ur starting to feel better!

I've had a rough few days, I've been constantly sicktfx and awful diahorea, feeling achey and have no energy whatsoever.
Had my 28 week midwife appointment yesterday, baby's doin fab, she's now head down and heartrate perfecto, but midwife concerned I'm very anaemic because of how I looked! So had my routine bloods done and she will chase results tomorrow, but she gave me iron to take 3 times a day along with 2 lots of fibrogel!

I can honestly say that today I have got to the point of hating being pregnant, I sound horrible saying that, I love my baby girl and this pregnancy was much wanted but oh my Fukin god its hardwork.

Hey kanga so pleased to hear that ur feeling better really hope this is it for u now. No I haven't had the best couple of days feel like shit and keep being sick how's work going now?

Jemfox how awful I had diarrhea at the beginning with the sickness and I totally sympathise as it was the worst thing ever! That's good news about bubs tho she is getting ready!!! U are a hero dealing with it for so long just keep thinking ur on the last stretch now. I keep reading the birth announcements and think I can't imagine when that's me it still feels forever away! Have u thought about ur birth plan yet? Xx

Jem I'm not surprised your hating pregnancy now, I remember gating it for most of the time in my first pregnancy, once my sickness stopped the heartburn started, which gave me sicky feelings plus the burny pains not nice. Ended up on tablets for that too lol you are getting so close now to meeting your little girl and as much as pregnancy is awful having a baby at the end really does take some of the pain away from the last 9 months, it's amazing at how much you forget. I remember it being awful, but no where near as bad as it has actually been, I think if I had I would seriously consider not having another lol Hope the iron tablets help you start to have a bit more energy and feel a bit better xx

Keeptrying work went really well on Sunday night, I was so surprised. I didn't feel brilliant the whole time, but I did get through it easier than my first shift back. Got another shift tonight, then in again sat and sun. Not sure how 2 shifts in a row are going to go, but luckily they are over the weekend so DH is around to look after Harry.

Not feeling quite so with it today, but have my brother visiting so got to make the effort to get dressed and out somewhere and fit in a nap somewhere. Also need to pick up my ondansetron prescription as nearly out of pills.

Keeptrying have you thought about asking for stronger meds? Metachlopromide only took the edge of my sickness this time and I needed the ondansetron, might be worth going to your doctor especially as your being so sick still. I don't know his I would be not on these pills xx

Heartburn kicked in 2 days ago, couldn't sleep it was so bad last night what can I take for it do you know?

It still doesn't feel real to me that she's Guna be here in about 11 weeks! And I can't remember what it feels like to be ok lol.

I ordered my moses basket yesterday which cheered me up abit tho, and still in bed at the moment with a bad head and pretty sure I'm Guna be sick soon!

I was prescribed omeprazole for mine as gaviscon did nothing, I was drinking it straight from the bottle and it would only last for 10mins and then the pain would come back, speak to you doctor. Exciting ordering your Moses basket though, I've not bought done anything baby related yet think I'm in denial still but I had 23 weeks to go lol

midwife rang and left a message about a hour ago, turns out im severly anaemic and have to take iron 3 times a day...no wonder ive felt so shite!
shes ringing back later to make sure I got her message so ill ask her about heatburn!



just had some toast and heartburns kicked in and im trying my hardest to keep it down!

Hey kanga yer I'm on them as well as metraclopramide I alternate during the day. How has ur day been? Jemfox sorry to hear that, they should monitor u closely now ur in the last 2 months. Heartburn does not sound fun! She will def be an only child then?! Xxx

Hubby just took me out for a curry, resulted in me throwing it all up in the toilets and stopping at shop on way home for some rennies!

Midwife rang again this afternoon and said I may need to see consultant and she will recheck my bloods at my 31 week appointment.

All in all this little girl will most definitely be a only child! She will have hubby's 2 girls from previous relationship and that will do!

Oh jem not a curry :{ just walking past a curry house makes me heave! I use to love currys as well. U make sure they look after u. I feel ok today have woken up and been sick. But now that's done I feel ok just hope it doesn't come bk after bfast! I have my follow up to my scan tomo as they couldn't see her spin as she wouldn't turn! So I'm bit nervous but think it will be ok we get to see her again so that's nice. What do u do now ur off in the day? Do u feel up for going swimming or is it a no go? I started going last week and it really help settle my tummy.

Im not too bad keeptrying, exhausted being up after only 2 1/2 hours sleep, but harry wanted up lol good job really as I have my midwife appt today at 10:10 so best get ready to go out. I just want to chill out on the sofa.

Last night at work was a bit hard, felt really sicky at the beginning but got my polos and sea sickness bands out and they helped me through the rest of the shift. Jusr got to remember to take it easy still and not go mad now I'm starting to feel a bit better.
