I think different areas operate slightly different. I have a big folder but its not green. At my booking app I was told to ring after my 12 week scan to arrange 16 weeks appointment as it would depend on due date they gave me at scan. Since then at every appointment she has then booked in my next one. You don't see them much in beginning but now it feels like I'm never away!

I don't have a green book but the info she completed to keep was green, is this what you mean? The form with all my personal details, history, etc on? MW did write my appt down on the back of it somewhere and then wrote it down for me but we didn't go through all appts
