HELP PLEASE

Im still TTC and im just wondering if anyone can give me some advice,my AF is pretty regular and i got it March 7 and it ended on March 14 al of a suddden i got it again on March 28 and it ended April 5. can someone help me understand what is going on and how i will no when im supose to ovulate? pleas help any advice would be appreciated!!!!!

You can tell when you're ovulating becuase your body produces a sticky discharge that is an "egg white" consistancy. This happens roughly in the middle of your cycle so if you have a 28 day cycle it'll happen about 14-16 days before your period starts.

Have a read on the internet - there's lots of information about conceiving out there and understanding your own body so that you know what changes take place and what to look out for etc.
