Help please- Am I in labour or low iron?

Need some advice please. Im 39+4 wks and I'm not sure whether to call my midwife or not? Last night I had a terrible nights sleep. Felt sick all day and have done nothing but feel fuzzy headed and sleep all day. I was slightly anaemic a few weeks back after bloods but managed to get my iron levels back up by changing my diet. I'm worried if I have low iron levels again I won't be able to home birth? It could just be early labour signs? I've been having painful, frequent BH and lots of mucus discharge since yesterday (sorry tmi!) just feel so rubbish and I'm worried about being ill and it ruining my chances of a home birth?

Call the midwife any change from the norm then you need to be checked xx

Still no sign of baby but all the same symptoms. I'm lie in bed feeling totally drained and sick. Due date tomorrow
So hoping I won't have to wait too much longer x
