Headaches last 2 days.

I have had a banging headache 2 days in a row. Helped slightly by co-codamol. I think it is dehydration as I drank a litre of water last night and that helped. My BP is ok and only a trace of protein in my urine. Thinking its the heat. Gonna have a later that might cool me down having 2-3 a day.

Bless u cold showers are the best. It's so easy to get dehydrated at the moment isn't it. I keep reminding myself to go drink more but I don't always feel like it x

Mmmm well blood sugar 3.9 after food maybe that is causing headache.
