Has anyones lo had their 12-13 month injections yet?

if so, did any of you lo's have a side effect of grey poo? Destiny had hers yesterday, has been a bit grizzly but thats it. this mornings dirty nappy though contained grey poo (not dark but not light, inbetween as such).
Has anyone else had this? tried searching on Google but came up with nothing xx

No grey poo for Ella, but I was told that nappy could look strange. She did vomit tonnes and was so grizzly and got the nastiest cough and cold.
