has anyone been on Cilest!?

Hi I'm from the ttc forum, just wanted to ask you ladies if anyone has concived not long after taking bcp Cilest? I have heard not great things about it. I came off 3weeks ago and everything seems ok. Just wondered what everyone's experience has been. And Congratulations to you all! X

I was on Cileste for about 2 years before I got my bfp, and was on Logynon before that.
TBH my cycles were all over the place when I came off it... ranged from 41 days to 110 days approx. I was being referred to a fertility specialist when I actually got my bfp just before my appointment, so not sure if its just my body and other factors that caused my cycles to be messed up or whether that particular pill had anything to do with it.

I was on cilest for 10 years and got pregnant no probs. I don't see it as related to my mc in anyway. x

I was on cilest for a long time,came off it had one period - then was pregnant with my son. He is fine. The only pregnancy I have had that has been fine! xx

I was on Cilest for about 2 and a half years, then decided to come off it due to cramps etc, and conceived within 6 months of being off it

I'm not sure about it affecting you getting pregnant, cause I got pregnant a fair few years after coming off it, but I was the bitch from hell when I was on it and it took forever for my periods to get back to normal again.

I was on cilest for about 4 years I think (but on pill for 10). Came off it in April 10 and fell preg April 11, but we didn't start ttc until the August. My cycles average about 33 days but were a bit up and down. I think it just depends on your own body hun. Good luck ttc. PF is a great place for support.

I was on pill for 10yrs, cilest for at least 7 of it. It took 15months after coming off it for my periods to return to normal ( I was having 10wk cycles instead of 4/5). My periods returned to normal about this time last year but still not pg. Whether this is down to the cilest, who knows!

I was on cileste still am for 6 years, I stopped taking it in Dec 09 and started TTC in feb 10 and go pregnant straight away just bonked sraight for the whole week after af!! No problems with it and my cycle returned very soon after I stopped taking the pill
