Girls if you want an online blog/weight loss measure/food measure sign up to http://www.fitday.com you enter your start & goal weights and time you wanna do it by, it tells you how many cals a day you should have and how much exercise etc and how many lbs a week you need to loose to acheive your goal. You input your exercise and it calculates the approx cals lost and you add the foods you have eaten and it calculates the cals and fat content for you. Its great i found it years ago but forgot, then drempt about it last nigth how weird is that that the website name was in my dream

You can also blog to yourself how your feeling etc motivation - its really good for a free site.

Its american so it may not have all the foods and things may be measured different (i.e they dont have pint of milk its in ounces BUT you can easily google an online weight converter to work it out - or I just did it on my phone converter) but I put in weetabix expecting it not to find it and it did and gave me the info per buiscuit so I added 2 and 1 cup of milk for todays diary so far.

Oh and if you want more motivation you can make it public and send your friends/family the link or pur it in signatures or you can just keep it private!

Thanks for the website hun!

Just registred! Its really pretty good!

Hey, it looks like a great site, will be registering with it, thanks! Another site which is good to just check the calories in a particular food, when preparing a meal, for instance is Calorie King.
http://www.calorieking.com/

It seems to have a very extensive list of both raw ingredients and prepared dishes, as well as the count on foods from famous brands/chains.

Ooo thats a good site aswell cheers Lisa.

Yeah the FitDay is a really comprehensive site, doing all of the measuring if you want, weight, BMI, measurments, plotting them on graphs, the food diary which works out your calories eaten, your exercise diary to work out the calories burned, I think its really great, especially for a free be!
