I've started an online diet, and the club has given me my calorie and fat allowances for the day; 1300 calories and 50g Fat. That sounded ok to me, although its suprising how little 1300 cals gets you!

My worry is that I'm eating a REALLY small amount of fat. The online club has a food diary whereby you input what you've eaen in the day and it adds up your calories and fat to make sure you dont go over your allowance. Well the last 3 days my Fat for the day has been under 30g, today I've only had 13g of fat. Is that healthy? Can you eat to LITTLE fat?

So far (since tues) I've lost 3lbs, I'm so pleased, its estimated that I will be losing approx 3.5lbs per week, reaching my target weight by 30th August. I cant wait!

Although it takes some getting used to being hungry all the time! :D

I think 1300 is a resonable amount - but if your breastfeeding it should be 1500!
Im not sure about the fat, check the food your eating and make it sure it has healthy fats in it not just fat - does that make sense lol?
Just make sure what you eat is healthy and plentifull, and cut the shit out and youl be fine.

i think as long as you are eatting healthily then it doesnt matter how much fat you eat, as long as you are getting some
dont quote me on that though
what diet website is it?

its called online slimming (http://www.onlineslimmingclub.com/); you have to pay to join, like any other club, but it was cheaper by far than all the other I saw £44 for the year rather than about £70-£90 everywhere else.

I don't know if it's a healthy amount or not but I have been using the 'food focus' website (free by the way) and my fat usually averages at about 16-20g a day.
