It's great that you are doing it on willpower alone but to help you keep it up there is a number you can call for advice on what is safe to use in pregnancy etc :)

you have just improved reduced your chances of miscarriage and early labour, improved the chances of having a healthy little bubba when it is born and if you keep it up after they are born you will have reduced the chance of cot death and reduced the chance of them taking it up themselves....... and that's just the health advatages for bubs! there are loads more for you :)

so proud of you!!!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Thanks everyone, im absolutely gagging for one but gotta keep strong

You can do it and if you fancy one, tremind yourself of the dangers that smoking can bring to your new baby.

Appaerently if a preg mum smokes, shes cutting off oxygen to the baby and the risk of miscarriage is high too.

That alone stopped me. And i know you can do it mel cos this was one wanted baby!

stay strong, ur doing so well- is it 5 days now? i heard the first 5 are the worst??? so ur nearly there :cheer:
