Hey Its going brilliant now thank you I have been quit over 3 months now so it has got alot easier now I was using the nictone patches and the inhailers at first but after 1 month i came off the patches and just had the inhailer x

But now i have also been inhailer free for around 3 weeks

Ooo 3 weeks u are definitly over the worse Keep it up hun its so worth it xx
