I've been doing loads better lately.
I buy a melon, strawberries and grapes every week and cut it all up and keep it in the fridge so it's always ready for me and the boys to snack on
I've been trying to eat more fruit recently. I find that grapes are great for snacking on as you can pick at them like crisps! I also love apples, bananas and oranges.
Ive been eating more fruit since being pregnant... not to be healthy but to move my bowels along haha way too much information.
I go to our local asda and stock up on those fruit bags (designed for kids... but hey im carrying one lol) with apple slices and purple grapes in them mmmmmmmm lovely when they've been in the fridge.
also i get the multipacks of the raisins and the usual bag of apples, banannas and oranges.
wonder how long ill last
atleast ive got this to keep me on track haha lol
yesterday i had the last 3 pears out of my bumper pack (todays pear was a single one lol) and also at work they had a juice bar downstairs- one of the ladies there made me a custom smoothie i chose what fruit she put in- so i had:
raspberries
strawberries
pineapple
mango
banana
orange
2 apples (1 royal gala, 1 braeburn, from tesco and both perfect! perfect crisp crunchiness, perfect juiceyness and sweetness! somewhat a rareity of late!)
a handful of grapes (some green, some red) and a banana, from work- someone was walkin round the office with a platter handin out free fruit and sandwiches!
some coconut pieces from sainsburys- i love them atm
