I've been staying away from the computer this week because I tend to become obsessed when AF due! And I always feel foolish when AF starts.

2 days late from what phone says d-day, cd35 no AF and bfn on eBay cheapie. I had a 29/30 day cycle last month *stomps feet*. Looks like I'm out and the witch is mucking me about crap!! I tried hard not to convince myself this month and a late AF is killer!!

I'm tempted to get a fr as have a hen weekend this week but don't know if any point if nothing at all showing on eBay. Usually girls have something by now. Even did opk but faint line and prob evap. Plus it's not like I'm testing early. Been here once before in september and think it was day 36 I started. Hopefully she'll just come today. I feel deflated!

Aww fingers crossed for you Hun, you're not out yet and I thought you weren't sure when OV was so there's still hope.

I'm definitely obsessed this month! I've been testing all week getting BFN's I may have a faint line today but I'm not gonna get excited yet as I've had one before..

I'm here if you wanna chat or share crazy symptoms, we're all in the same boat remember!

Ahh Olive Im so sorry to hear your feeling like that but please dont feel foolish as like maybe baby says we are all in the same boat and all doing exactly the same. we are all here to support each other and this is the one place we dont need to feel foolish.

Im on cycle 2 coming off pill, 1st month charting and 9DPO - have no symptoms so am assuming its a no go for me. It is so disheartining (and I havent been trying long) but we will all get there in the end!! Dont you worry.

olive, dont give up hope yet hun but like you say, just keep an open mind either way. in the past 10 cycles i have had 2 where i was totally convinced i was preggers because of symptoms...and i wasn't so i figure, no symptoms is good too!! ultimately we only know we are out when the witch arrives, and she hasn't yet..so u missy are still in!! xx

I'm really sorry you've been having such a hard time Laura

I don't mean to encourage you, but if OV was late that could account for both a late AF and a lack of a positive result if you are pregnant... you're not out until you get AF as they say.

The only thing that remotely helps me in these situations id trying to think of why it won't be so bad if it was a BFN. You might not be able to think of much, but every little helps?

I thought I ov on cd 15/16 tbh but got ewcm on 10, 19, 21 and 25. What I really hate is getting my hopes up and now cycle getting longer too.

If no AF by end of work will by fr but is it worth testing tmrw given today's? Got lower back ache so maybe will be no need

Just do whatever makes you feel better, ideally without throwing too much money at it. Do you have a Home Bargins near you? Apparently they sell cheapo hpts so you can grab some.

Do you track your cycles? Maybe you should start taking temps as that way you will see when you have OV and it will take the worry out of when AF is due etc xx

LD got a basal therm this month ready to go! Have been taking every morning in case start was 36.4 today what's that mean?! Lol normal I think
Or can only tell if comparing over month?

I haven't seen them myself but i think it was 5 for 99p, so must be ebay cheapies i assume, not branded.

My therm is in farenheit (got one of ebay as first one wasnt) Pre OV temps are below 97.5 and after OV generally above 97.5 (mine are 98.1). Cant remember the exact thresholds. So once your temp spikes you know you have OVd and AF should be coming (or hopefully not coming) 14 days later! Its good as takes all the guesswork out of it! xxx

Thanks hun. Didn't buy a test chickened out as quite crampy yest and thought would cone on. Am crampy now too and few pains here and there. Maybe AF will come today...
